Hay..

Yep, last weekend was do or die for bailing hay! Chris and a couple other guys worked very hard to cut and bail hay so that we have plenty of GOOD hay for the winter (when we run out of grass for the cows to eat). Abby and I watched from the van. :)

Putting more land in pasture

Chris had been working hard to put another field that we have in pasture. He is using all Locus Post and having to hand dig some of the holes...Abby and I went to visit him this past weekend.

WE have a calf!

OUr momma Angus had her calf this past Thursday! We had been waiting for her to have it, and Chris went down to the pasture to check on her Thursday afternoon, and sometime during the day she had it! It is sooo cute!
